The West African Examination Council (WAEC) has formally approved for Ahamansu Islamic Senior High School to become an Examination Centre.
Following the report of WAEC Officers inspection of the shool's facilities on March 1, 2016 the council has recommended an end to the practice where students had to make long walk to Dodi-Papaase SHS to write their WASSCE.
As a result, the 2015/2016 year group will be writing their WASSCE in the school; not at Dodi-Papaase.
